It is simpler than most people expect. Our team sets you up with an easy water care routine when your tub is delivered, and you can bring a water sample into either showroom for free testing whenever you want. We stock all the water care products you need, and we are a phone call away if anything ever looks off.
It depends on the model, how well it is insulated, and how you use it. The brands we carry are built for Canadian winters with full-foam insulation and efficient heaters. When you visit the showroom, our team will walk you through realistic operating costs for the exact models you are considering - honest numbers, not guesses.
Hot tubs are built for relaxation and hydrotherapy - ideal for two to eight people and compact enough for most decks and patios. Swim spas add a swimming current, so you can swim, train, and recover at home all year without the space and upkeep of a full pool. The fastest way to decide is to try both in person at either showroom.
We carry everything from compact two-person tubs to large family models, so there is almost always a fit. Bring your measurements or a few photos of your space and our team will help you narrow it down. Before delivery, we confirm access and placement so there are no surprises on the day.
Standard delivery includes backyard placement plus cover and accessory setup. Delivery is quoted separately based on your product, location, access, and site requirements; Bishop's recommends using a qualified electrician for electrical work.
Yes - wet tests are available at both our Abbotsford and Burnaby showrooms. Sit in the seats, feel the jets, and know for sure before you decide. Walk-ins are welcome, or book a time and we will have it ready for you.
Yes. We handle hot tub and swim spa service, water testing, water care, repairs, and cover replacement at both locations. Call either showroom and our service team will look after you.
